Relax. You don’t have to know what you’re doing.

Most people show up to a session thinking they’re going to feel awkward.

You’re not alone.

You don’t need to know how to pose, where to stand, or what to do with your hands. That’s my job.

From the moment we start, I’ll guide you in a way that feels natural and easy. We’ll talk, move around, laugh a little, and before you know it, you’ll forget the camera is even there.

Nothing about this is forced.

The best moments always happen in between. The quiet ones, the real ones, the ones you didn’t even realize were happening.

That’s what I’m there to capture.

Real moments. No pressure. No awkward posing.

FAQ

This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?

You don’t need to know anything going into this.

Most people feel a little nervous at first, and that’s completely normal. You don’t have to worry about posing or figuring out what to do. I’ll guide you through everything in a way that feels natural and easy.

We’ll keep things relaxed, move around, and focus on real moments instead of anything stiff or forced.

By the end of it, you’ll feel a lot more comfortable than you expected.

What should I wear?

Keep it simple and wear something that feels like you.

Neutral tones, soft colors, and simple patterns photograph best and help keep the focus on connection instead of clothing. Try to coordinate rather than match exactly, and avoid anything too busy or distracting.

One important tip for Florida light: avoid bright reds and oranges near the face. They can reflect onto your skin and create unnatural tones in photos.

Most importantly, choose outfits you feel comfortable and confident in. If you’re comfortable, it shows.

If you’re unsure, I’m always happy to help you plan outfits before your session.

How many pictures will I receive?

Each session includes a set number of high-resolution digital images, depending on the package you choose.

You’ll receive a curated gallery of the best images from your session, all edited in my style and ready to download.

If you’d like more, additional images can always be added to your gallery.

Where are you located? Do you travel?

I’m based in Milton, Florida, just outside of Pensacola, and serve the surrounding Gulf Coast area.

I regularly photograph sessions in Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, Navarre, and nearby beaches and locations.

If you have a different location in mind, feel free to reach out. I’m always open to travel depending on the session.

What if my kids don’t cooperate?

That’s completely okay, and honestly, it’s how most sessions go.

I don’t expect kids to sit still or pose perfectly. In fact, I don’t force posing on children at all. I’d much rather let them move, play, and be themselves.

I’ll follow their lead, keep things relaxed, and yes… sometimes that means I’m the one doing the chasing.

That’s where the real moments happen.

The genuine smiles, the laughter, the little in-between moments you can’t plan—that’s what you’ll want to remember.

Do you offer senior sessions?

Yes, absolutely. Senior sessions are one of my favorite things to photograph.

This is often the first real glimpse parents have of the young adult they’ve raised, and it’s something that deserves to be captured in a meaningful way.

Each session is designed around the senior’s personality, style, and what makes them who they are. Whether that’s something laid back and natural or a little more styled, we’ll create something that feels true to them.

I’ll guide the entire session so they feel comfortable and confident, even if they’ve never done this before.
